Trying to figure out who we are is the most common mistake we can make in our quest for our true identity. The question that best guides our exploration is not “Who am I?”, it is “What am I”? The answer is something you must continuously discover, but here are some clues that may be of help.
You are a focal point in a seamless, all encompassing universe. The space surrounding you is the region where your density fades into things not recognized as you. The energy of you moves in rhythms different from all that borders you. You are a beautiful, animated pattern in the kaleidoscope of this cosmos. Above all else you are an expression of the life force, in the form of an organism, mistaking thought and knowledge for awareness and truth.
