 In stillness the soul is revealed as cosmos. In thought, the self appears and claims that it alone is the true universe.

When we see truth, there is no identity or meaning, no information or familiarity, no recognition or reaction. Truth is. 

Love is the highest frequency of being. When we rise to its apex, we experience a transcendent view. The path of the heart is not something we decide to follow. It is a choice that we make with every step. Our perfect world is waiting inside each of our hearts, ready to be chosen in every moment.

Truth is the core essence. It is at the very heart of beauty and love. Without it, all is illusion. 

When we discover that we have been amazing and beautiful every step of the way, we fall in love with the universe. When we can love everyone we meet, we can finally love the entirety of ourselves. It's just that simple.

A mind that can live through the heart is truly intelligent.

When our hearts open to love, we are this universe. We are luminescent beings aligned with truth and beauty. 

  The thinking mind is the wall that we put between our hearts.
